Whirly birds

Time for a bit of random just for the hell of it. XDD

The red whirly bird to the left of the image is a highly detailed and wonderfully made model of an Aerospatiale AS-365 Dolphin-2 made by Marco F. alias mandun over in Trimble's 3Dwarehouse, while the machines to the right of it, starting with the storm cloud gray beast is my concept near future combat heli, with middle right in white being my EuroCopter EC-155B, and finally in dark gray to the extreme right is my RAH-66 Comanche.

I've already posted a copy of my EC-155 over in Trimble's warehouse, but I have yet to post my experimental nor my Comanche just yet. I'm still working out the bugs with either machines so for now only my white heli is hosted by Trimble. Just when I'll post my black attackers is unknown, but soon in the near future anyway. XD

This was just pure random just to practice more with SketchUp, and I'm surprised how well both the Comanche and my experiment turned out. I must confess that without my technical advisor [hubby] none of my machines would have turned out nearly as accurate as they would have if I were solely in charge of construction. XDD Let's face it, I'm better at drawing cute and sexy arts, and never had any intention of making machines, but practicing with sketchup this much has made me change my mind about the possibility of making furry arts with a program otherwise meant for making square blocks. XDDDD Anyhow hubby gets rewarded for helping me out with my arts with good food, and great umm well you know... while I have become more proficient with sketchup to the point where I might try again for the third time to make 3D fuzzies, but I don't want to get my hopes up and have my muse crushed by the impossibility of such.. so I don't know... I may try to make furs.. I might just give up again... meh..

The muse is a fickle thing she is... Loves the gratification from making amazing arts, but quickly gets deflated when things don't go as planned or hoped, or when things are just too much hassle to keep going. xP

Oh yes and this project was stretched out over the summer between caring for the home, and work, so please don't get your hopes up that I might have time to take on requests.. I'll say if I'm available in a journal.. otherwise I'm sorry but requests are close. Just thought I'd point that out if you weren't aware. *head tilt*
