Sky Emperor - The Penguin

Here's a little gift art for ahead of my main gift for her.

THIS is how I have always wanted to pay tribute to Oswald Cobblepot, Foxy's favorite Batman Villain, with a proper looking Penguin Zeppelin with glossy colors, yet I lacked this new program at the time so making such an image was nearly impossible. But now that I do have Kerkythea in my artist's tool box, I can finally make the "Sky Emperor" really shine and show off the colors!
