Description
Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh so like, Marki moo moos antics has sparked my curiosity with all things aquatic, and even though I don't swim very well unaided, with a good set of fins, and even more so with a propulsion pod like a seadoo, I can enjoy myself in the waves reasonably well, hence here is Aquanaut Yuki in the making. 
She is utterly naked at this moment as I have yet to make her wet suit, but this sort of gives everyone an idea what she might look like so I'm tossing this in my scraps until a better more refined model comes around.
There are a number of issues with my rough model at present, most notably Yuki's whiskers clipping through her helmet visor as well as her ears through the back of the helmet, but I can easily fix those. The not so easy to fix or rather make items will be the air tubes and the actual wet suit itself, as I need to take a few key points around her body, and transpose those into a skeleton jig to loft the skin around, and that's no easy task as this model was already bashed around plenty in sketchup already... making further modifications a bit tricky... but I think I can manage it.
If not I'll just make a new body and wet suit over that instead, but I went this route with editing to save time so hopefully it will work out.
One glaring deviation from the established Subnautica physics and game mechanics that I will implement in my fan art is the inclusion of spear guns.
I understand clearly why Unknown Worlds chose to omit such a critical diver's tool such as a spear gun in game, due to the fact that catching fauna would be magnitudes easier, especially early on in the game, but favoring more real to life thinking, tactics and planning, I'm giving Yuki a spear gun on her DPV or diver propulsion vehicle because as in game, life has some nasty fauna under the waves that would simply laugh at a tiny foot long or 30cm diver's knife!
Now as far as *cough* buoyancy is concerned, I may readopt mega milky Yuki later if this body becomes more troublesome to work with because titty monster moi was easier to work on to begin with... plus I like the idea of the extra "buoyancy" LeL helping out!
yeah well that's my excuse anyway so I'm sticking with that....

Bet you would look great in the diving suit XD Though the hydrodynamics of those "fun bags" must be troublesome for swimming away from those terrible reaper leviathans!
